Abstract:	9260.1 Adoption date: May 7. 1997 9260.1PROBATIONThe probationary period for certified personnel shall be three (3) years in length, unless specified otherwise by law. Any certified person who resigns from his/her position and subsequently returns shall begin a new probationary period. Supervisors shall keep probationary staff informed as to whether their work performance is satisfactory in terms of the standards of the district. ADOPTED: May 7, 1997
