STUDENT AWARDS AND SCHOLARSHIPSThe Board of Education mandates that all students, regardless of race, color, creed, sex and national origin, religion, age, economic status, marital status or disability, shall be eligible for all awards and scholarships given or disseminated by the school district.
Recipients of academic awards shall be selected by the Building Principal from a list of eligible candidates prepared in consultation with appropriate school staff.
The Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee is authorized to review and determine which proposed awards and scholarships from non-school donors are acceptable.
