SCHOOL CENSUSA school census shall be taken annually of all households within the school district and will include the names of all minors between l8 years of age and those with disabilities until age 21.
All children with disabilities who reside within the district must be located and identified.
The register of such children and others referred as possibly disabled must be maintained and revised annually by the Committees on Special Education or Pre-School Special Education.
