SCHOOL CENSUS
A school census shall be taken annually of all households within the school district and will include the names of all minors between l8 years of age and those with disabilities until age 21.
The census must indicate the names of all children within the prescribed age range, their respective residences by street and number, the day and month of the year of birth, and the names of the persons in relation to them.
All children with disabilities who reside within the district must be located and identified. A register must be established of all such children who are entitled to attend the public schools of the district or who are eligible to attend a pre-school program. The register of such children and others referred as possibly disabled must be maintained and revised annually by the Committees on Special Education or Pre-School Special Education. Such data must be reported to by October 1st to either of these committees, as appropriate.
