RELATIONS WITH EXTRA-CURRICULAR BOOSTER ORGANIZATIONSThe Board of Education recognizes that “booster” organizations or other groups provide important support to district schools and can serve as a valuable means of stimulating community interest iin school activities.
To this end, booster organizations must follow these guidelines:
be voluntary and support a specific school activitysubmit for prior approval an activity schedule to the superintendent of schools, or designee; obtain prior approval of the superintendent of schools, or his/her designee, any time the booster club uses the name of the school district, or language suggested that the school district has endorsed or ...
