Per a prior note from Jack, SAA statistics are available for the years 97-98 and 98-99 under the DocuShare collection EduTech, EduTech News, SAA Statistics........Customer Assistance Center call stats to follow.......while we're talking along the PR route....next week you will see a new look to the edutech home page...an electronic newsletter in effect.....enter URL //edutest.edutech.org to preview (please note a few items are not fully operational yet, but they will be prior to rollout).........Also under EduTech News, Daily Technical is an daily log of where technicians will be, as reqested by districts--we will be communicating this info to districts shortly.
