StudentsSUBJECT: STUDENT ATTENDANCE The Board requires that the students enrolled in the BOCES’ programs attend school regularly in accordance with the laws of the State.
Participation in BOCES programs augments local district educational opportunities.
All class placements shall be administered and conducted in accordance with accepted practices and the Education Laws and Regulations of the Commissioner.
Any authorization for non-resident attendance must carry the approval of the local school district and the local BOCES in which the residence is located.
BOCES students who are pregnant, married, or who have children shall be encouraged to remain in BOCES programs....
