Application
This policy shall apply to any person employed by the Wayne Central School District as a school bus driver, meaning any person possessing the necessary license and qualifications, and who is paid to transport students for any school purpose.
Disqualification shall be effective notwithstanding that such person has been or may be issued a conditional or restricted use license pursuant to the provisions of Article 21 or 21-A of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
