Abstract:	8110 BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS INSPECTIONThe Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee(s) will conduct regular inspections of all school buildings for the purpose of finding and correcting any conditions that constitute a hazard to health and safety. Surveys of school conditions are to be made annually and these results are to be reported to the Board of Education. The Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee shall then take the appropriate action to promptly remove any hazards and risks. Ref: 8 NYCRR §§155.3; 155.4 ADOPTED: May 7, 1997
