SEXUAL HARASSMENT OF STUDENTS REGULATION In addition to any relevant procedures contained in policy 5311.3, Student Complaints and Grievances, the following regulation will implement the Board of Education's policy concerning sexual harassment of students.
In addition, the Board through this regulation has established grievance procedures that provide for prompt investigation and equitable resolution of student sexual harassment complaints.
Investigation of a Complaint
