QUALIFICATIONS OF SUPERINTENDENT The Superintendent of Schools shall be duly certified as required by the Commissioner's Regulations.
The internship may be substituted with a one year full time experience in a school administrative or supervisory position.
The Commissioner of Education may grant special certification to an exceptionally qualified person who fails to meet all the graduate course or school teaching requirements.
