Budget Entry – Budget Administrators The Budget Entry routine allows the Budget Administrator to create and maintain budgets per fund and to add new budget administrators.
Once the budget is created, you can add a budget user, rename the budget, remove the budget, export or import the budget, undo the budget export, refresh the budget data, and submit the final budget.
The bottom of the window reflects the name of the budget administrator that is highlighted, the budget account code highlighted, budget account code description, and total budget (the sum of the New Budget amounts).
