The sole reason I came here was for the schools and the kids. I believe we are cost effective in installs. I wish the aid structure allowed you to choose EduTech or a vendor
without losing aid. I have no problem abandoning installs and eliminating the associated staff. Steve, you said that you dislike that troubleshooting is subsidizing installs. But I provided you access to that information. That's something a vendor does not have to share. When we procure your IBMs through WNY, you are probably subsidizing their marketing budget, their golf tournament and the basketball hoop that they have in their back parking lot. The difference is that you dont know their expenses vs their pricing.
