Since we can’t fight the charter school movement, why not try to take advantage of it? Our argument of no-big deal in terms of cost probably still holds true, and in the old days we would probably lose a bunch of these if we did charge tuition, BUT with NEW rules coming out, it might be worth a look.
But it looks like develop they will and QUICKLY! That is particularly important in light of the prison development.
