Did you ever get one of those envelopes in the mail that promise a million dollars if you meet certain criteria ( like having and returning the winning number)? Well, the offer we have presented to us this month is a lot like that, except the odds of “winning” are much better.
This work centers around public use aspects of our building, and seeks to capitalize on State dollars available during this legislative year ( who knows what next year’s State budget may bring ?).
