Effect:
Decreases total contractual earnings for reporting purposes without decreasing FTD amount, thereby still limiting the employee’s contractual money at the correct fiscal contract salary.
When paying RETRO money, remember to update Contract Entitlement/Limit to reflect the new contractual salary.
