| Thank you to Camille, Jeff and Jack for meeting with the tech committee of the Finger Lakes librarians last Thursday. The meeting helped to diffuse some of the frustration and clarify some of the misinformation which was causing problems. Expect to hear a reqest at our committee level to have a customer satidfaction focus group formed whcih might help bubble information up to us for consideration. | |
