Monty Python's The Galaxy Song
Thsi is an amazingly clean and accurate description of celestial velocities. Be aware that the Earth's rotation speed is accurate for Florida's latitude, less than that for points north. You also might want to change the last line if you do a handout. It's downloadable from various online websites. Just google for Monty Python song lyrics galaxy song and you'll get multiple hits. The song itself may also be down loadable, but it's on the Monty Python Sings album, along with other typical Monty Python (read "adult") songs. Use your discretion and beware. To be safe copy the song onto another disk separately.
