RESOLUTION
Be it resolved, that the Board of Education upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, approves the 403(b) Retirement Plan, subject to its terms and, the terms of any other agreements as deemed appropriate, attached hereto and made a part hereof, and the Adoption Agreement and the selections made therein.
 Motion Carried: 5 ayes 0 nayes
 
b. Appointment of New Board Member
Whereas this Board of Education has by law authority to fill a vacancy for the unexpired term thereof:
Moved by: L. Gray second by B. Waddle to Appoint Todd Galton as New Board Member.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by a majority vote of all the remaining members of the Board of Education of the Keshequa Central School District that Todd Galton be and hereby is, appointed to serve as a member of the Board of Education of their school district for the remainder of the 2008 – 2009 school year, ending June 30, 2009.
