    SPECIAL MEETING, NOVEMBER 21, 2007

    Approval: CSEA Contractual Agreement, July 1, 2007 ­ June 30, 2012:
       
    Upon recommendation by the Superintendent, a motion was made by Mr. Paice,
    seconded by Mrs. Treby;
     
    That the Board of Education of the Red Creek Central School District hereby
    approves the language and salary changes of the Tentative Agreement between
    the Superintendent of Schools and the Red Creek Unit, Wayne County Local 859
    of the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc., Local 1000, AFSCME, AFL­
    CIO for the five­year period July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2012; and
     
    That the Board of Education of the Red Creek Central School District hereby
    authorizes the Superintendent of Schools, as employer, to execute said agreement.
     
    Carried unanimously.

    A motion was made by Mr. Paice, seconded by Miss Martin, to adjourn the meeting at 8:05
