    Edward Magin, Clifford Parton, David Smith

    1. CALL TO ORDER
    Robert Cahoon called the meeting to order at 7:03pm and led the
    pledge of allegiance.
    1a. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
    Mark Humbert moved and David Smith seconded the following motion.
    The vote was unanimous. S. Boerman, R. Cahoon, M. DeBadts, N.
    Henner, M. Humbert, E. Magin, C. Parton, D. Smith, T. Smith voted
    yes.
    1b. 2007-08 WFL BOCES
    David Smith moved and Edward Magin seconded the following
    BUDGET
    motion. The vote was unanimous. S. Boerman, R. Cahoon, N. Henner,
    M. Humbert, E. Magin, C. Parton, D. Smith voted yes.
    Be it resolved that the Board of Education of the North Rose - Wolcott
    Central School District, upon recommendation of the Superintendent of
    Schools and pursuant to Education Law, has voted on April 25, 2007 for
    approval of the 2006-07 tentative administrative budget of the Wayne-
    Finger Lakes BOCES in the amount of $2,803,004.
    1c. ELECTION OF WFL
    David Smith moved and Nickoline Henner seconded the following
    BOARD MEMBERS
    motion. The vote was unanimous. S. Boerman, R. Cahoon, N. Henner,
    M. Humbert, E. Magin, C. Parton, D. Smith voted yes.
    PATRICK CROWE
    Be it resolved that the Board of Education of the North Rose - Wolcott
    Central School District, upon recommendation of the Superintendent of
    Schools and pursuant to Education Law, has voted on April 25, 2007 for
    Patrick Crowe to a seat on the Wayne-Finger Lake BOCES board for
    three years effective July 1, 2007.
    TERRIE MEYN
    Mark Humbert moved and Clifford Parton seconded the following
    motion. The vote was unanimous. S. Boerman, R. Cahoon, N. Henner,
    M. Humbert, E. Magin, C. Parton, D. Smith voted yes.
    Be it resolved that the Board of Education of the North Rose - Wolcott
    Central School District, upon recommendation of the Superintendent of
    Schools and pursuant to Education Law, has voted on April 25, 2007 for
    Terri Meyn to a seat on the Wayne-Finger Lake BOCES board for three
    years effective July 1, 2007.
    FRANK RUSSELL
    Sandra Boerman moved and Edward Magin seconded the following
    motion. The vote was unanimous. S. Boerman, R. Cahoon, N. Henner,
    M. Humbert, E. Magin, C. Parton, D. Smith voted yes.

    Be it resolved that the Board of Education of the North Rose - Wolcott
    Central School District, upon recommendation of the Superintendent of
    Schools and pursuant to Education Law, has voted on April 25, 2007 for
    Frank Russell to a seat on the Wayne-Finger Lake BOCES board for
    three years effective July 1, 2007.
    ADJOURNMENT
    Clifford Parton moved and Sandra Boerman seconded the following
    motion. The vote was unanimous. S. Boerman, R. Cahoon, N. Henner,
    M. Humbert, E. Magin, C. Parton, D. Smith voted yes.
    Be it resolved that the Board of Education of the North Rose - Wolcott
    Central School District, upon recommendation of the Superintendent of
    Schools and pursuant to Education Law, approves the adjournment of
    the meeting at 7:29pm
