Fill out the 10 rectangles with questions and answers, one after another. You could also type the questions and answers. Then cut out strip on the dotted lines.
On the other page, cut out the 2 windows and 1 semicircle and fold the sides on other paper in.
Slide the question and answer page into the folded page. You may want to tape the sides together.
Now you are ready to read the questions and reveal the answers!
