Resolved, that the Board of Education of the Dalton-Nunda Central School District, is hereby authorized to expend the sum of $15,868,015 during the 2004 - 2005 school year and to levy the necessary tax thereof.

There is one (1) seat up for election for a term of five years. No valid petitions were turned in by the deadline therefore the seat will be given to the candidate who receives the most write-in votes on May 18, 2004.
