Be it resolved that the Board of Education, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, makes a permanent appointment of Michele Starr to the position of Clerk after successful completion of her probationary period retroactive to September 26, 2002. The rate of pay will be $11.47 per hour retroactive to July 1,2003.

Cindy Miner has recommended the appointment of substitute teachers.
These appointments will help to fill vacancies as they arise.
