Be it resolved that the Board of Education, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent and pursuant to Education Law, approves the recommendations from the Committee on Special Education dated 12/9/03,12/10/03, 12/16/03, 12/18/03, 12/22/03, 1/5/04, 1/6/04, 1/7/04, 1/12/04, 1/13/04, and from the Committee on Preschool Special Education dated 1/8/04 and instruct the Superintendent to implement the recommendations on behalf of the individuals.

Be it resolved that the Board of Education, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, makes a permanent appointment of Michele Starr to the position of Clerk after successful completion of her probationary period retroactive to September 26, 2002. The rate of pay will be $11.47 per hour retroactive to July 1,2003.

Cindy Miner has recommended the appointment of substitute teachers.
These appointments will help to fill vacancies as they arise.
