The maintenance and use of the nature area adjacent to the Middle School shall be under the supervision of the Middle School building principal, or his designee.
This are will be posted as a nature area. The management of wildlife within the area will be the joint responsibility of the middle school building principal and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
Any non-natural changes to the area will result only after a thorough study has been made of the potential effects of such changes on the ecology and educational value of the area.
