USE OF TOBACCO ON SCHOOL PREMISES

 

 The Board of Education bans the use of all tobacco products anywhere on school property at all times. This includes the use of tobacco within school buildings, in school vehicles, or anywhere on school grounds at anytime. Students are not permitted to be in possession of tobacco products at any time on school property.
 
 The policy shall be prominently posted in each building. The Superintendent or his/her designee shall be responsible for informing individuals using tobacco on school premises that they are in violation of Board policy.
