    BOARD OF EDUCATION SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

    President Judi Buckalew called the meeting to order at 4:04 pm
    and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
    1a. APPROVAL OF
    Clifford Parton moved and Katharine DeAngelis seconded
    THE AGENDA:
    the following motion. The vote was unanimous. J. Buckalew,
    R. Cahoon, K. DeAngelis, K. Durham, C. Parton voted yes.
    Be it resolved that the Board of Education, upon recommendation
    of the Superintendent of Schools and pursuant to Education Law,
    approves the Agenda of April 22, 2010.
    1b. APPROVAL OF REAL
    Clifford Parton moved and Robert Cahoon seconded the
    PROPERTY TAX REPORT
    following motion. The vote was unanimous. J. Buckalew,
    CARD:
    R. Cahoon, K. DeAngelis, K. Durham, C. Parton voted yes.
    Be it resolved that the Board of Education, upon recommendation
    of the Superintendent of Schools and pursuant to Education Law,
    approves the North Rose-Wolcott Central School District’s Real
    Property Tax Report Card for the 2009-2010 tax year.
    ADJOURNMENT
    The Board adjourned at 4:18 pm.
