1. | Executive Session – We will have a 7:00 executive session to discuss the administrative contract. This is a discussion that began more than a year ago. I was put on hold because of the CSEA contract and then because of the budget. We need to think about the things we are willing to do to maintain current staff. Enclosed are the salary comparisons for the districts we have used in the past. |
2. | Building Project Update - On Thursday Mrs. Morrin, Mr. Davis and I did a high school walk through with our construction manager and architect. Our construction manager will have the final estimated cost to us for our Board meeting. As discussed at our last meeting, we need to select a voting date for the project. I have also enclosed the SEQR prepared by Wayne, which needs to be reviewed and voted on. |
3. | Oath of Office – Jo-Onna was away when the July 10 reorganizational meeting was held. Therefore, she has not yet been “sworn in” as a Board member. We will make her official at the start of this meeting. |
4. | Personnel Action – We need to formally accept Bob Pearles resignation for the purpose of retirement. This will be the only item on the personnel action. |
1. | Newspaper Article – The enclosed article was in the Finger Lakes Times recently. Although we compare ourselves to Monroe County, I thought it would be interesting to see how we compare these schools. |
2. | Administrative Retreat - Most of the administration will be at a retreat on Monday and Tuesday, developing plans to implement the goals decided upon at the Manor House. |
3. | Vote Tally Information- Jim maintains a tally of the vote outcomes for the district. He has provided the background on proposition voting and a timeline. |
