PRESENT: Madaline Preston - Chairperson; Sheila Lutz; Alberta Jennings; Jean Wagner; Ralph Walborn - Voting Machine Custodian for the Town of Romulus
 
Another Inspector/Clerk present during the voting period was Nancy Hubman.
 
Mrs. Preston declared the polls open, and read the call for the meeting. Voters cast ballots for the following proposition:
 
PROPOSITION NO. 1 -- RESOLVED that the Board of Education of Romulus Central School District, Seneca County, is hereby authorized to expend a total of $6,104,058 for the operation of the school of said District for the school year 1999-2000, and that said sum be raised by tax upon the taxable property of said School District after first deducting the estimated money available from State Aid and other sources.

At 9:00 p.m., Mrs. Preston decla red the polls closed after asking if all present who wished to vote had done so. Mr. Walborn opened the voting machine for the vote tally, with the results as indicated above being announced.
