SUMMARY OF THE

ANNUAL VOTE & ELECTION HIGH SCHOOL LOBBY

TUESDAY, MAY 16, 2006 Noon – 9:00 P.M.

 

 

Voting machines were prepared for voting by Custodian of Machines Ronald Coleman, inspected by

Clerk Randall L. Lawrence, Assistant Clerk Ronald Buckman, Assistant Clerk Louise Buckman, and

Assistant Clerk Joan Merrill.

 

The Clerk reconvened the Meeting for the purpose of voting at 12:00 noon and declared the polls open.

Voting procedures were also reviewed at this time.

 

At 9:00 p.m. Clerk Randall L. Lawrence declared the polls closed. Voting machines were opened by

the Custodian of Machines, under the supervision of the Chief Election Inspector and Clerk. Votes

were counted by the Chief Election Inspector, Election Inspectors, and the Clerk. Poll lists indicated

that 591 persons registered to vote in the District election, plus 22 registered absentee ballots.

Permanent and public counters on voting machines showed 591 persons to have voted and 22 absentee

ballots were counted.
