Through week, in order:
Students explain purpose and method of Regents Part II by examining the prompt on p. 85 of Preparing for the Regents Comprehensive Examination in English, comparing it to the listening and critical lens parts. They do not read the selection yet. They check pages 90-92 to check their understanding of the general procedure.
They check their skills at reading graphs by answering Activity E on page 101, F on 103, G on 104, H on 105, J on 109.
They prepare for an essay by doing 96, B; 98, C, and 113, O.
They do the quiz on 132-133.
They write the essay for the prompt on p. 85 in class. If they need more time, they will turn the drafts in at the end of the first class, to be finished during the next class.
