At the July 24

th

Board of Education Meeting the fall coaching positions were

approved and a large group of CSE Cases were approved. The major presentations

were made by the building principals in the form of their annual reports. Each

principal reported on achievement, attendance and discipline data for their

building. They also shared updates on their building planning team action plans.

 

Under Old Business the Board discussed committee membership for the upcoming

school year and approved the District Academic Intervention Plan for the 2002­03

school year. Three policies on Special Education underwent a first reading and the

Board accepted, with regret, the resignation of Mary Rehor, Enrichment Teacher.

 

After setting both a Finance and Safety Committee Meeting for the week of August

, the Board recessed to Executive Session.
