ANNUAL SCHOLASTIC ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS- JUNE 2011
SPONSORED BY NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY
Please select the Junior and Senior students who, in your opinion, are the most deserving of a scholastic award in your subject area. This means you need to meet with everyone in your department and turn in ONE set of nominees for your subject area.
The students need not be the ones with the highest marks. They need not be majors in your subject area. They should, however, be students who have shown by their attitude and effort that they are worthy of being honored for achievement in your subject.
No present Honor Society Student is eligible for one of these awards.
The students you select must have a minimum average of 85% in your subject area.
Please indicate a first and second choice. No student will receive more than one Academic Achievement award. We will use your second choice only if the student is nominated as first choice in two different areas. Please indicate your choices in the spaces provided, and return to _________
