When a contingency budget is adopted by the Board of Education, organizations that qualify to use school facilities shall be required to pay the school district's established fees.
Fees shall be paid after application for use of the facilities has been made and approval has been granted. Organizations who use facilities regularly may be billed monthly. The following fees shall be charged to organizations each time they use the facility:

Tennis Courts/Athletic Fields 10.00
Fees for the use of the lights at the high school athletic field will be established by the Director of Facilities.
School district support staff employees, such as custodial and food service staff, shall be compensated at their current hourly rate of pay for the performance of any duties which are directly associated with a non-school organization’s use of school facilities and are above and beyond the employees' regular work load. Payment for such services shall be handled directly by the employee and the organization, both of whom shall follow the procedures and use the forms established for this purpose by the Superintendent.
If a non-contingent budget is adopted subsequent to an organization’s payment of fees in the school year such budget was adopted, the district will refund the organization.
