- NOMINATING & SELECTION COMMITTEE: There shall be a Nominating and Selection Committee.
- If membership in the charter version of the sub-committee exceeds 5 members, the additional members will serve their terms in the following distribution: the first and fourth additional committee members serving a 3-year term, the second additional member serving a 2-year term, and the third additional member serving a 1-year term.
