2.  Executive Session
RESOLUTION
Moved by L. Gray, second by J. Gordinier
Be it resolved that the Board of Education enter Executive Session for the purpose of personnel discussion at 6:03 p.m.
 
Motion carried: 6 Ayes 0 Nays 0 Abstentions
 
K. Whiteman enters Executive Session at 6:18 p.m.
 
RESOLUTION
Moved by T. Foote, second by T. Lowell
Be it resolved that the Board of Education exit Executive Session at 6:38 p.m.

RESOLUTION
Be it resolved, that the Board of Education of the Keshequa Central School District hereby authorizes and approves the District to make application to the Livingston County Supreme Court to vacate or modify the Hearing Officer’s decision to the extent that it granted Timothy Humberstone back pay.
 
Motion carried: 7 Ayes 0 Nays 0 Abstentions

RESOLUTION
Be it resolved that the Board of Education of Keshequa Central School District authorizes David Lippitt, Esq. to proceed with the application to the Livingston County Supreme Court to vacate or modify the Hearing Officer’s decision to the extent that it granted Timothy Humberstone back pay.

RESOLUTION
Be it resolved that the Board of Education of the Keshequa Central School District hereby approves the implementation of the Hearing Officer’s decision of December 21, 2004, to the extent that it terminate Timothy Humberstone’s employment as of February 26, 2004.
